Once published, the calendar's Overview tab no longer shows the setup guide but how the calendar is doing: today's door, how many people it reached, raffles, polls, shared goals and the doors coming up.
The Overview
Three cards at the top:
- Status: the phase, and when it was published or until when it's shown.
- Today (or Next door): today's door and its title, or the next door and when it opens.
- Reached: how many people opened the calendar at least once, how many of them opened a door, and when these figures were last updated. They update every 30 minutes, see Analytics.
Below them, Checks shows whether a change broke something, see Checks and suggestions.
Raffles
For every raffle door that has opened, the Raffle section shows Entries so far, the last day to enter and a Download entrants button.
The same button is on the raffle door's editor, under Entries. Before the door opens, it says when entries open. See Raffle for how to draw the winners.
Polls
Poll results shows each opened poll's votes per option, in percent. Like the other figures, they're updated every 30 minutes; your colleagues see live results right after voting.
Shared goals
Shared goals shows each goal's progress, for example "30 of 30", and whether it's running, reached or missed. These figures are live.
Tip: A shared goal that's close to its target is a great reason for a reminder post in Flip.
Coming up
Coming up lists the next five doors with their title, date and type, and an Edit button. It's a handy place to check tomorrow's door one last time.

Changes show right away. Doors that already opened ask Save this door? before saving, because people may have seen the old version. See Changing a door after it opens.
Day-to-day tips
- Remind people. A short Flip post on the first day, at the halfway point and before a raffle closes brings people back.
- Check tomorrow's door in the preview the day before.
- Draw raffle winners after their last day to enter, and announce them in Flip.
- Look at the figures on the Analytics tab once a week to see which doors work best.
- After the season, download the export before the deletion date.
