How can I be notified about incidents?
To be notified when an incident is created, updated or resolved, subscribe to the service as follows:
- Open the Status page: Status Flip App
- Click on in the top right-hand corner.
- Then enter the email address you want to be notified via in the field provided and click on "Subscribe".
- Open the email you just received from Flip App in your email inbox.
- Click on "Confirm subscription".
- You will now be taken to your browser. Now click on "Confirm subscription" again
- You have now subscribed to the status page and will be informed by email about any updates on incidents.
💡 If there is a functional failure, please be patient - try again in a few minutes. You can be sure that our development team is already working flat out to fix the outage as quickly as possible. As soon as Flip is fully and reliably available again, we will inform you on the status page or, if you have a subscription, by e-mail.
