Open channels

In open channels you can easily join and leave channels yourself. To do this, click on "Open channels" in the channel overview and select Join or Leave.

Other channels

The channel is not displayed under "Open channels"?

Adding or removing members of a channel can only be done by the channel admin of the channel or a system administrator. 

Who is the channel owner?

Users who are already members of the respective channel can recognize the channel admin by the remark "Admin" in the member overview. You can contact the admin and inform them that you would like to be added to the channel.

If you cannot get information about the channel admin, please contact the contact person for the employee app in your company.

Chat group

Adding or removing members of a chat group can only be done by the group administrator of the chat group. 

Who is the group administrator?

Users who are already members of a chat group can recognize the group administrator by the word "Admin" in the member overview. You can contact them and inform them that you would like to be added to the chat group.
Alternatively, a colleague who is already a member of this chat group can write a message in the group chat and ask for you to be added as well.
