Voice input lets you speak your question instead of typing it in Ask AI. Your recording is converted into text, which you can review and edit before sending.

Before you start

• Voice input is available to everyone in your organisation. There is nothing to set up.
• Your device must have a microphone.
• Allow microphone access when prompted.

How to use voice input

1. Open Ask AI on your mobile device or on the web.
2. Tap the microphone icon in the input field to start recording.
3. Speak your question.
4. Tap the microphone icon again to stop recording.
5. Review the transcribed text and make any changes.
6. Send your question.

Important: Voice input does not send your question automatically. Ask AI’s answers still appear as text and are not read aloud.

Having trouble?

• Microphone access was denied: Allow access in your device or browser settings.
• Transcription fails: Try again or type your question instead.
• The transcription is incorrect: Edit the text before sending it.

You can always continue typing your questions. Voice input is available only in Ask AI, not in posts or other chats.
