The Runs list is the main table inside the Executions tab. Every time your flow fires — a scheduled send, someone typing a keyword, a channel join, a button tap, a loop iteration — it creates one row here.
Reading a run
Each row shows:
- When — a relative time (e.g. "23h ago"). Hover over it to see the exact date and time the run started.
- Status — Succeeded, Running, or Failed.
- Duration — how long a completed run took. Still-running runs don't show a duration yet.
- Started by — what kicked the run off: a schedule trigger, a keyword typed in chat, a postback (a button tap), or a loop.
Filtering the list
- Click Filters above the Runs list.
- Narrow the list by status or date range.
- Use the pagination at the top (e.g. "Showing 1–17 of 17") to move through the rest.
Resetting a stuck run
- Find the run in the In progress panel, which flags anyone currently paused on an interactive step.
- Click Reset next to their name to clear their saved state.
Viewing a run's path in detail
- Click any row in the Runs list.
- Its path highlights on the flow canvas to the right, so you can trace what happened step by step.
Good to know
- Runs are listed newest first.
- "Failed" runs are the ones worth checking first if someone reports a flow not working.
