Every flow has three tabs along the top of the editor: Builder, Runs, and Data. The Runs tab is where you go once a flow is live, to see who's gone through it and how it behaved.

Opening the Runs tab

1. Open your flow
2. Click Runs in the tab bar at the top of the editor

What you'll see

• The Runs list (left) — every time your flow triggers, it shows up here as a run
• The flow canvas (right, read-only) — a mirror of your Builder canvas, for showing you the path a run took

Viewing the path a run took

1. Click any row in the Runs list
2. The exact path that run took lights up on the flow canvas to the right — so you can see which steps it went through, and where it currently is (or stopped) if it hasn't finished

Resetting a run that's stuck

1. Check the In progress panel at the top of the Runs list for anyone currently waiting on an interactive step (a button, a text reply)
2. Click Reset next to their name.
3. The next time they use the keyword or trigger, the flow starts fresh for them instead of picking up where they left off

Good to know

• Use the Runs tab to confirm a newly published flow is actually firing when you expect it to, spot-check that a run reached the step you intended, or troubleshoot when someone says a flow "didn't work" for them.
