The Data tab turns every run of your flow into a spreadsheet — one row per run, one column per piece of information your flow collects or sends.
Opening the Data tab
- Open your flow.
- Click Data in the tab bar at the top of the editor.
Reading the table
- Built-in columns are always available: Run, Started, Status, Participant, Assignee, plus trigger details (configuredKeyword, cronExpression, chatId, matched, timezone) and loop details (loopIndex, loopTotal, loopRecipientId).
- Every named step in your flow that collects or sends something (a message, a User Select, a Get User lookup) adds its own column, named after that step's technical name — for example
message_1,select_manager,user_select_1.
Switching views
- Use the toggle at the top of the table to switch between All runs (one row per run) and Current participants (one row per person currently in the flow).
Filtering, choosing columns, and exporting
- Click Status to filter runs down to a particular status.
- Use the date range picker to narrow the table to a specific window of time.
- Click Columns to add, remove, or reorder which columns are shown.
- Click CSV to export the current table — with your filters and column selection applied — as a CSV file.
Jumping back to a run
- Find the run you want in the table.
- Click Open run.
- You'll land on that run in the Executions tab, with its exact path through the flow.
Good to know
- Only a subset of columns are shown by default — use Columns to bring in whichever ones you actually need.
