A Web Link action adds a clickable URL to a message — useful for pointing people to something outside the flow itself, like an employee handbook, a form, or an external tool.
Adding a link to a message
- Open the message you want to add a link to
- Add a Web Link action
- Paste in the destination URL
- Set the link text so it reads naturally (e.g. "Employee handbook") rather than showing the raw address
Good to know
- Use a Web Link when you want someone to leave the flow to view or do something elsewhere.
- Use a Button instead when you want them to make a choice that continues the flow itself.
