A Button is an action you attach to a message, giving the flow user something to tap instead of typing a reply.

Adding a button to a message

1. Click on the message you want to add a button to
2. Either click the + or … on the line from the message and add component then select button
3. Give the button a label (e.g. "Approve") this is what the flow user sees
4. Connect the button to what should happen next — either link it to an existing step further down the flow, or add a new step directly from it
5. Repeat for each additional button you need (e.g. "Changes needed")
