A Condition step branches your flow based on something that happened earlier; which button someone tapped, what a lookup returned, and so on.

Adding a Condition step

1. Add a Condition step after the thing you want to branch on eg. posting to different channels depending on location
2. Select the variable for your if statement (this could be based on Flip profile, or an action/data from earlier in the flow). Select the statement (operator) and enter the value. Eg. If location equals New York
3. In the canvas, add your next action eg. post to channel “New York office”
4. You can add as many statements as you like. Your else statement will become your default.
