Wait pauses a run for a set amount of time before continuing to the next step. This can be a few seconds to give the flow user time to read the previous message or a few days or weeks for an onboarding flow.

Adding a Wait step

1. Add a Wait step to your flow (+ tool bar or in the flow)
2. Set how long the run should pause before moving on. You can also select which days a flow should run on for example you could exclude weekends.
3. Ensure it is connected to your flow.
