A Channel Post step posts directly into a Flip channel - as opposed to a regular Message, which goes to an individual flow user. It is triggered each time a flow user reaches that part of the flow. Often used for reporting or celebrating.

Adding a Channel Post step

1. Add a Channel Post step to your flow (+ from toolbar or a flow line)
2. Select which channel you want the post to go to
3. Add a title and body for the main post. You can include data collected within the flow using {{ }}

Good to know

• Your Flow User (API client) must be a channel admin to be able to post to the channel.
