A keyword trigger starts a flow when someone types a specific word or phrase in Flip chat.

Setting a flow to start on a keyword

1. Open your flow's Start node
2. Set the trigger type to keyword
3. Enter the word or phrase that should launch the flow eg. “hi” or “start”
4. Make sure a Flow User/API client is set up to listen for the keyword trigger.

When someone types that keyword, the flow starts a new run for them.

You can have multiple keyword triggers for different parts of a flow.
