The Builder's canvas is where your flow's steps live, connect, and get arranged.

Moving around the canvas

1. Scroll to zoom in and out.
2. Drag the background to pan around.
3. Click Zoom in / Zoom out / Reset zoom in the toolbar for precise control.
4. Click Fit to view to zoom and center so your whole flow is visible at once.

Adding a step

1. Click + Add component in the toolbar or by clicking on a line in your flow
2. Choose the step you want from the palette (see the Glossary of Components for what each one does)
3. Connect it to the rest of your flow

Using the side panel

1. Click the collapse arrow to give the canvas more room, or expand the panel again when you need to chat with the AI assistant.
