There are two ways to import master data (users and groups) into Flip:

• Excel import: You fill out a pre-made Excel template with all the necessary data and send it to your contact person at Flip. How you should fill it out is explaned in the following area: How do I use the Excel import?
• API connection: Via our REST API connection, master data can be automatically transferred from an existing system into the app. If you are interested, contact your CS contact person at Flip.
