Inside channels you can share, comment and exchange relevant information as posts.

Text messages are not possible in channels.

Chat groups

The information exchange of departments and divisions with a number of less than 15 employees can be ideally organized in group chats.

In group chats you can directly share the latest information via simple text messages and exchange information, similar to other messenger apps.

It is not possible to create posts.

Therefore, group chats are suitable for topics with short organizational effort and everyday business reference.
