Conference tool Jitsi

💡 This function is an add-on. It is therefore only available if it is included in the scope of functions of your employee app.

The conference tool Jitsi is located in the chat area.

  1. To start a conference, click on the "+" sign in the input field in the specific chat.
  2. Select the button "Conference" there.
  3. Now a link will be generated which you can share with your colleagues immediately in the chat or send it to external people.
  4. When you click on the link, the employee app opens a virtual meeting room (Jitsi Meet). No registration is required in advance.
  5. In the meeting room, you can share your screen as usual, raise your hand and password protect the meeting in advance, as well as use other features.

If you want to create a video conference with your smartphone, you also need the Jitsi Meet App.
