First open the tile "User management" in the main menu.
Creating users
To create new users, click on the tab "Users" (in the left bar) and select "Add user".
Step 1: Add a user
- Enter a username in the field "Username".
This is how the user will log in to the app in the future.
We recommend a business/private email address, an abbreviation, the personnel number or an ID. An option that the user already knows is recommended.
Attention! No spaces may be used. - Enter a business/private e-mail address of the user, if available.
Users can use the e-mail address to reset their password themselves if necessary. If this field remains empty, the password can only be reset by the system administrator. - The "Email verified" slider should be left on "Off".
- Enter the user's first and last name in the fields provided.
- Select "Terms and Conditions" in the "Required user actions" field. The user will then be asked to accept the privacy policy and terms of use when logging into the app for the first time.
- The field "Groups" should be ignored.
- Click on "Create" to successfully create the user.
! Important: The user cannot log in until an initial password has been assigned. This is described in the next step.
Step 2: Assign initial password
To create a user completely, an initial password must be assigned.
The user uses this to log in for the first time and then assigns his or her own password.
- Click on the tab "Credentials" and select "Set password".
- Now enter the password and confirm it in the line below.
The slider for Temporary must be set to "On". - Select "Save".
- Then confirm the selection with "Save password".
Step 3: Assign permissions
By default, a new user is created as a normal user.
If the new user is to be a system administrator, follow the steps below:
- Select the "Role mapping" tab.
- Click on "Assign role".
- Check the box in front of "admin".
- Confirm by clicking on "Assign".
Edit users
- Open the User management in your menu.
- In the User tab, search for the user to be edited.
- Click on the username of the user.
- Now you can edit the username, email address, first and last name in the Details tab.

How to reset the password is described here: How can I reset passwords of users? - Save the changes by clicking "Save".
Deleting users
- Open the User management in your menu.
- In the Users tab, search for the user you want to delete.
- Click the three-dot menu on the far right in the column of the corresponding user.
- Select "Delete".
Caution! A deleted user can't be restored.
