Creating a post group
To create a new post group, go to the "Group" section of the Admin Dashboard and click on the "New Group" button in the upper right corner.
After that, a window will open where you can choose a group name, a group picture and a group description.
Clicking on "Create" will open another window. Under the section "Authorization" you can determine who can create posts in this group in the future, e.g. only group administrators or all members.

Editing a post group
To edit a contribution group, click on the group name in the "Groups" section of the Admin Dashboard.
click on the group name. You can then make the appropriate settings here.
Below you can edit the group name, description and picture.
The following functions can be set here for each post group:
- Allow/disable likes and comments
- Allow/disable download of PDF files
- Allow/disable download of images and videos
- Show posts in newsfeed
- Determine if posts of this group should be displayed in the newsfeed for all users of this group
- Show/hide group members
Deleting a post group
You can delete a post group in the group overview by clicking on the three dots on the right and selecting "Delete".
