How can I start an individual and group chat?

Navigate to the main item "Chats", which you can find on your smartphone in the bottom bar on the right or on your desktop in the top left.
To create a new chat, simply click on the "+" icon.
Now you can search for individuals and start a chat.
There you will also find the item "New group chat", which allows you to select other colleagues to start a private chat with several people.
