I want to reset my password, but I did not receive a recovery email. What can I do?

💡 Please make sure that you enter your correct username in the field provided, not your e-mail address.
It is possible that you have not yet entered your email address for the recovery of your password.

In this case, it is best to contact the person responsible in your company. They can reset the login data and store your e-mail address that you can create a new password yourself in the future.

If you do not know who is responsible in your company, you can also contact our Flip support. To do this, click on "Submit request" in the top right-hand corner and tell us which company you work for and your username. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

As soon as you can log in again, you have the option in the settings section (click on your profile picture in the menu) to enter a private or business email address to be able to recover your password in the future.
This email address is private and cannot be seen by other users. It will only be used to send you a password recovery email if you forget your password.
