💡 In the first step, it is important to determine whether you are logging into the employee app with special access data that you have received solely for the employee app or whether you are using access data from your company to log in, which you also use, for example, to log in to other programmes of your company (e.g. Microsoft) (Single Sign-on).
Do you have special access data for the employee app?
You can reset your password using your user name and the e-mail address stored in your account (if available). To do this, you will find the item "Forgot password?" in the login. Enter your user name here and a password reset email will be sent to the email address you entered.
Important! If no e-mail address has been entered in your profile, you will not receive an e-mail!
Alternatively, you can simply inform the person responsible in your company. He/she can check the login data directly and reset it if necessary.
If you do not know who is responsible in your company, you can also contact our Flip support. To do this, click on "Submit request" in the top right-hand corner and tell us which company you work for. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Are you using your company's access data to log in, which you also use to log in to other programmes/applications?
In this case, please contact the person responsible/email address/hotline for the employee app in your company directly.
