I cannot log in. What can I do?

💡 The first step is to determine whether you log in to the employee app with special access data for the app or whether you use access data from your company to log in. For example, you also use your company's access data to log in to other programmes, e.g. Microsoft (= single sign-on).

You have special access data for the employee app

You can reset your password using your user name and the e-mail address stored in your account (if available).
To do this, click on "Forgot password" when you log in.
Enter your username here and you will receive an e-mail to reset your password to the e-mail address stored in your account.
Important! If you have not entered an e-mail address in your profile, you will not receive an e-mail!

Alternatively, you can inform the person responsible in your company. He/she can check the login data directly and reset it.

If you do not know who is responsible in your company, you can also contact our Flip support. To do this, click on "Submit a request" in the top right-hand corner and tell us the company you work for and your username. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

You are using your company's access data for the registration, which you also use for the registrations for other programmes/applications

In this case, please contact the person/email address/hotline responsible for the employee app in your company directly.

If you do not know who is responsible in your company, you can also contact our Flip support. To do so, click on "Submit request" in the top right-hand corner and tell us the company you work for. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
