How can I contact Flip Support?
- Click on your profile picture or initials in your employee app.
If you are unable to log in, click "Submit a request" in the top right corner of this page.
- Click on "Help and feedback"
- Select the "Report a problem" form.
- Describe your problem as precisely as possible and include as much information as possible (which device, which operating system do you use, etc.). Feel free to add a screenshot or video of your problem.
- Our support will then get back to you with an answer as soon as possible.
