To provide a realistic view of app usage, we identify each user’s primary environment (operating system, platform, and country). Since some users access the app across multiple devices, we categorise users based on where they have been most active over the past 30 days.

Platform usage: Overview of whether users primarily interact via desktop or mobile platforms.

Operating system usage: Identifies the main operating system (e.g. Windows, iOS, Android, macOS) where the majority of user interactions take place.

Country usage: Highlights the primary location of users based on where they mostly interact from.
