Analytics – User Groups

By default, the statistics displayed show the members of all user groups for which you have ‘Analytics’ permission. This also includes all subgroups and their users. Each user is counted only once (unique users), regardless of the number of groups they belong to.

Example: Person A is the owner of group 1. Group 1.1 is a subgroup of group 1. Person A is not the owner or a member of Group 1.1. However, because Group 1.1 is a subgroup of Group 1, Person A can see the statistics for Group 1.1.

When using the filter (Filter by User Group), only the user groups that have been selected are displayed. This does not include the subgroups.

Example: Person X is a member of group 2.2, but not of group 2, the parent group of group 2. Only group 2 is selected in the filter (Filter by User Group), so Person X's statistics are not displayed on the dashboard.

In addition to the above measurements, the following are also shown here:

Group Name = Name of the user group

New Onb. Users (l30d) = Created users who have logged in for the first time in the last 30 days. Deleted users are not included.
