Polls help you quickly collect feedback or make decisions together with your team.

Anyone can create a poll as long as they have permission to create a post in the respective Channel.

Create a poll

1. Create a new post and tap the poll icon.

2. Enter your question.

3. Add your answer options (up to 12 answers, 100 characters each).

4. Choose your settings:

   • Multiple choice (allow selecting more than one option)

   • Voting mode:

     • Anonymous

     • Non-anonymous

     • Visible to admins only

   • End date (the poll closes automatically)

5. Reorder your answer options using drag & drop.

6. Publish your post.

Note: After publishing, only certain settings can be changed (e.g., removing the end date).

Participate in a poll

• Click an answer to vote.

• If multiple choice is enabled, you can select more than one option.

• You can change or remove your vote while the poll is open.

• Once the poll reaches its end date, it closes automatically.

• Results update in real time.

• For non-anonymous polls, the names of voters are visible.

Export results (Web & Mobile)

Channel admins and post authors can export poll results as a CSV file – on both Web and Mobile by clicking on the download icon at the bottom right of the poll.
