"Page-seen" function

With the "page-seen" feature in Flip Pages, you can easily understand who has opened a specific page in your Knowledge Base. This helps you measure the reach of internal content such as guidelines, policies, and knowledge articles.

⚙️ Functionality:

The feature has 3 stages:

  1. Deactivated - no one can see who or how many people have seen a page.
  2. Page seen activated without names - as a page editor you can only see how many people have seen the page
  3. (Default) Page seen activated with names - as a page editor you can see how many people have seen the page and who

Who sees the number of views?

  • The editor of the page
  • The system administrators

When is a page marked as "seen"?

  • A page is marked as seen as soon as a user opens it.

  • A user only counts as one view per page, even if they open it multiple times.

  • The function applies to all pages in the Knowledge Base once activated.

Further information

  • If the feature is disabled, Flip does not collect any information about page views.

  • The tracking starts from the moment the feature is activated. Views from before activation are not included.
