Our AI Assistant helps you write better posts, faster. It uses the same knowledge sources as Ask (AI), so it can draw on your company’s content to generate accurate and relevant drafts.
The interface is designed for a smooth experience: you’ll see the AI Assistant on the left, your post editor in the middle, and a live preview on the right.
How to Create a Post with AI Assistant
- Navigate to “News” and click on "+ Post" symbol. A new window will open to create a new post.
- Select the channel in which you want to create a post. You will only be shown channels in which you are authorised to post.
- In the panel “Write with AI”, ask a question or give it a prompt (e.g. “Summarize the latest sprint updates” or “Draft a post about the new vacation policy”).
The AI will suggest a draft post. You can directly copy the draft into your description when you hover over the draft and click the text icon ‘Replace description’ near the middle of the text draft. Alternatively, any other text suggested by AI can be directly replaced by hovering over the three dots icon and selecting ‘Replace title’ or ‘Replace description’.
Once you have your draft outline, you can further refine the text with the suggested prompts underneath your draft.
- Click ‘create’ when your post is ready to be published.
Writing Tips for the Best Results
Because Post AI Creation uses the same search and reasoning as Ask, the quality of the draft depends on the content you provide.
- Use natural, descriptive prompts
- Avoid images: Images are not yet readable
- Leverage your knowledge base: The stronger your KB, the stronger your AI-generated posts.
- Be clear about tone and format:
Ex: “Write a friendly post reminding employees to update their about me details. Keep it short and bulleted.”

No additional personal data is collected for our AI feature. Data processing takes place as usual at our hosting partner Microsoft, as specified in the data processing agreement (DPA). The security of your data is our top priority.
Our AI feature is provided without warranty. We accept no liability for the accuracy or completeness of the AI results. Depending on usage and feedback from our customers, we may change, discontinue, or provide the AI feature separately in the future.
