The new Content planner provides a central view of all planned content, making it easier to manage posts across multiple channels for your internal company newsfeed.

Easy Access & Intuitive Navigation
- If you are an admin in at least one channel, you will see a pop-up inviting you to try the new Content planner the first time you log in.
- The Content planner is a new navigation item in the sidebar.
- Switch between Week and Work Week views. You can easily navigate back and forth using the date picker or arrows. With a single click, you can always return to the current week.
Post Cards
Each planned post is displayed as a card, showing the title, channel, author, publication time, and title image at a glance. You'll also see labels for Livestream and Highlight posts.
Efficient Post Management
- Create new posts directly in the Content planner.
- Edit, move, or delete posts directly via the Post Card or the 3-dot menu.
Channel Filtering
- Quickly filter your content to view posts from specific channels.

Who can see the Content planner? The Content planner is accessible to all users who are an admin in at least one channel.
How is content visibility handled? Content visibility is based on user roles. Published and planned posts are visible to the respective channel admins.
What happens if a week is empty? If a week is empty, you will see a Call-to-Action (CTA) prompting you to create a new post. Based on our analytics, we see that Monday at 9:00 AM has the best interaction rates.
What about published posts? Published posts remain in the Content planner and are displayed with 50% transparency. This gives you a complete historical overview of your content.
Are changes displayed in real-time? Yes, all changes made in the Content planner are updated in real-time for all users.
Will the old list view be removed? The old list view will remain for now, but we plan to phase it out in the future.
Are monthly or daily views planned? We currently offer weekly and work week views. A monthly view is planned for a future update. Based on user feedback, a daily view was considered less useful and is not currently planned.
