You can easily manage your Microsoft and Google connections by visiting the settings page in the top, right hand corner of the platform:

Once there, click on "Connections" in the left hand menu:

You will then be able to manage your connections from there, and view where each connection is being used within a flow. You can also use this page to disconnect from Microsoft or Google:

Troubleshooting

If you run into any issues with your connections, we recommend disconnecting them and connecting them up again. You may need to go to your Microsoft or Google account as well, in order to remove The Bot Platform as a third party app or service. You can then establish the connection again in the platform i.e. establishing a new connection in the "Send to spreadsheet" set up.
