1. Our collaboration

START THE EMPLOYEE APP
Fast and efficient onboarding is essential for a successful start with the employee app. With our onboarding plan, it is possible to go live with the employee app within a few days. Of course, you can also take as much time as you need.

The onboarding process is divided into just a few steps.

  1. Step 1: Setting up the app
    (you will receive documents from us to complete, which we will use to set up your custom employee app)
  2. Step 2: Introduction to the role of system administrator
    (Flip's customer success team will be at your side during and after the onboarding process)

ONBOARDING EMPLOYEES
After successfully setting up the employee app, we will hand it over to you, along with lots of tips for a successful start for all your colleagues. Be patient, not all your colleagues will sign up for the employee app straight away. We will also provide you with tips on how to make your employee app a success.

2. First tips for a successful employee app

  • Don't work alone. Put together a team to help you design, manage and keep active the employee app.
  • One step at a time. Take your time to set up the employee app. Everything you need and need to know can be found here in the onboarding guide. We have also provided a checklist for you at the end of each chapter.
  • Customise it to your needs. If necessary, ask your colleagues about their wishes for the employee app.

Our team is always available to help with questions or feedback. In our Flip Help Centre, you will find many help articles about the employee app. If you don't find the information you need here, please create a ticket and we will respond to it as soon as possible.

Report bugs or give us feedback directly via the app
After a successful login, you also have access to the help centre and ticket system directly in the employee app.

Your first steps: Clarify technical requirements

You have now been given a brief insight into how onboarding works and what steps you can still expect. Let's move on to step 1 of onboarding and your first tasks.

To configure your app as quickly as possible, we need a little more information from you. To do this, you need to fill out two documents and send them to us.
