If you get stuck anywhere in the flow go to the previous app and start the transition again. If you still have troubles getting the new app or logging in please contact our support.

1. Start transition to the upgraded app

You can start the transition by tapping “Upgrade now” on the banner or the popup dialog. If you don’t see the banner nor the dialog you can not switch yet.

2. Copy transition code

Copy your Transition Code by clicking “Copy code”.

3. Download new mobile app

Download the new app by clicking “Download the new app”. This will lead you into the App Store or Play Store where you can click “Get”/“Install” to install the new app. Click “Open” after the download is completed.

4. Insert transition code

Choose “Code from the previous app” and insert the code. If you are prompted with the permission request to allow pasting click “Allow pasting”.

• If you code is expired or invalid you can get a new code by going back into the previous app.
  

• If you're in a region without Play Store access or on a non-supported device, you can continue to use the current app via “Issues downloading the app?” after copying the code.
  

5. Done 🎉

You can now delete the previous app.
