Urgent
  • Problem/failure that completely restricts the use of the app
  • Main function in the app is not usable for every user, no workaround
  • Affects all or the majority of users
  • App is not accessible
  • No user can log in
  • Chat is not usable for every user
  • No user can create a post
High
  • Main function in the app is not usable for some users, no workaround
  • Main function in the app is not usable, there is a workaround
  • Affects all or most users
  • Chat is not usable for users with specific iOS Version
  • A post cannot be created with an attached file. The post can be created without the file, and the file can be attached after creation.
Normal
  • A main function has an error, there is a workaround.
  • Affects the majority of users
  • Pictures can only be sent in chat if text is also sent with them.
  • Activities aren’t loading properly for most users.
Low
  • ‘Blemishes’ or little bugs that can’t be reproduced reliably
  • Questions about the product
  • A secondary function of the app is not fully usable, but there is a workaround.
  • Affects only one or a few users
  • For some users, a profile picture is only loading after refresh of the app.
  • Activities aren’t loading properly for a few users, it can not be reproduced reliably.
  • Question about changed wording/display in the app.
