• Content planner: reschedule a post by dragging it to another day in the week view.
• You can now embed Omnora videos in posts.
• Posts can now be translated automatically with DeepL, and manual translation was improved: admins choose which translation languages are available, language names are shown instead of locale codes, and you get a warning when translated content is empty.

• Flow version history: preview and restore earlier versions from a version dropdown that shows the publishing author and the last editor of the draft.
• New Runs overview dashboard with per-flow metrics: executions, messages sent, failures, and last run.
• AI-created flows now assign tasks to the responsible person instead of the flow's trigger user.
• The executions view now shows the exact flow version each run used.
• Publish and draft validation errors now name the step on the canvas and use readable labels.
• The Broadcast building block is being retired: existing flows keep running, but new Broadcasts can no longer be added.

• User group assignment rules now support "contains" conditions, including AI-generated rules.
• Audit log improvements: it now records post activity (create, edit, delete, approve, reject, report) and the remaining login events, shows when an action was performed by an API user, can be filtered to a single entity, and keeps entries for one month by default (up to one year with extended retention).
• Fixed infinite scrolling in the assign-roles, assign-user-groups, and assign-users modals.
• Fixed the manager-based activation toggle being greyed out for admins who are allowed to change it.

Authentication & Security

• Invite and activation codes: expiration is now configurable up to 90 days, the code length scales with the chosen expiry, and codes can be generated in bulk.
• OIDC client management: a new enforce-PKCE option, clearer client descriptions, and a link to the developer integration guide.
• You can now change the icon and appearance of the Activation menu item.
• Fixed invite code translations and a custom expiration option that could not be deselected.
• Fixed an issue where disabling password reset also stopped other system emails from being sent.

• New Audit Log: browse a searchable table with a detailed view of each entry. It records logins and credential changes, user group membership and archive/restore, automated system assignments, assignment-rule changes, API and OIDC client events, long-living token generation, and wallet-pass settings changes.
• OIDC and API client management improvements: added explanations and the OIDC discovery URL, a developer resources card with API documentation and newsletter on the client pages, a refresh icon on the rotate-secret button, and a clearer client URI deletion dialog.
• The report-a-problem and feedback forms now come with pre-filled subjects and templates.

Authentication & Security

• Manager-based activation can now be enabled per user group, and deactivated user groups are excluded.
• Updated the activation status naming in the Admin Console user table and the Flip Web profile banner, and added free-text search and activation status filters to the manager activation user list.
• Invite-code login now accepts lowercase codes.
• Changed the Activation app menu icon from @ to a QR-code scanner.
