1. Definition of functions
This function is included in the following packages: Add-On (old Pricing) Enhanced Core Enterprise Core Core Package (SMART)
It is therefore only available if it is included in the functional scope of your employee app. If it is not included in your current package or if you are unsure, please contact your Customer Success contact person.
The form and page builder (WordPress) offers the option of creating static pages with information and forms and making them available to employees in the menu of the employee app.

- Create overview pages on specific topics
- Safety instructions/guidelines
- Meal plan
- All kinds of processes
- Company specific FAQ page
- Instructions e.g. "How to start with flip" or "How to use the hand scanner”
- Training platform / video platform
- Information leaflets & promotional brochures
- Internal job posting
- Team introduction
- Pages with forms:
- Idea collection
- Works council inquiries
- Vacation request (Template: Vacation request)
- Sick note
- Damage report
- Orders of all kinds e.g. office supplies, advertising material
- Referral programs
- Registration for trainings and events
3. Your WordPress access
As soon as a WordPress account has been created for you, you will receive a system-generated email (sender: Flip CMS) with your initial access data and the request to assign your own password.
After successfully logging in, you will find yourself in your admin interface.
The tabs relevant for you are "Pages" and "WP Forms" and, if applicable, "Employee card".
