How do I report content (comments, posts, chat messages)?

Inappropriate or offensive content can be reported in the app to help maintain a positive and respectful work environment. Reporting is available for comments on posts, posts themselves, and chat messages.

Use the tabs below to view the instructions for each content type.

  • Inappropriate or offensive comments on posts can be reported.

    📱 Smartphone

    1. Long-press the comment you want to report.
    2. Select "Report".
    3. Confirm by tapping "Report".

    🖥️ Desktop

    1. Click the three-dot menu next to the comment you want to report.
    2. Select "Report".
    3. Confirm by clicking "Report".

    The responsible persons in your organization will be notified about this comment and can take appropriate action.

  • Inappropriate or offensive posts in the news feed can be reported.

    📱 Smartphone

    1. Tap the three-dot menu on the post you want to report.
    2. Select "Report".
    3. Confirm by tapping "Report".

    2. Select "Report".
    3. Confirm by clicking "Report".

    The responsible persons in your organization will be notified about this post and can take appropriate action.

    2. Select "Report".
    3. Confirm by tapping "Report".

    1. Click the three-dot menu next to the chat message you want to report.
    2. Select "Report".
    3. Confirm by clicking "Report".

    The responsible persons in your organization will be notified about this message and can take appropriate action.

Note: For content to be reportable, the respective reporting function must be enabled by a system administrator in the Admin Console. For more information, see Report content — Setup in the Admin Console.
