The feedback you provide, together with feedback from other sources (e.g. from our sales or CS team, from customer and user interviews or our data system), ends up in our product management tool, where it is further processed by our product managers.
The features derived from this are evaluated and prioritised based on various factors.
Based on this prioritisation and Flip's strategic corporate goals, the product managers evaluate at regular intervals which features are to be tackled next and thus move on to the product development process.
In the course of this process, further feedback is obtained if necessary in order to specify the requirements of customers and users.
