1. Open the Google Play Console.
2. On Home press the Create app
3. Add the name of your app as you want it to appear on Google Play and select a default language - You can change this later.
4. Select App as App Type
5. Select Free
6. In the "Declarations" section:
   1. Acknowledge the “Developer Program Policies” and “US export laws” declarations.
   2. Accept the Play App Signing Terms of Service.
7. Select Create App
